All units have a fully decorated interior with fitted carpets. The ceiling height
can be from 7' (2.13m) to 8' (2.44m). Skirting, coverbeads, windowsills and trims
are raminor mahogany hardwood. Internal flush doors are sapele finish or gloss painted
with redwood door linings or hardwood if required. Internal Wallboards are standard
class '1' or class '3' finished in a choice of wood, photo or vinyl print veneer on
plywood. Vinyl faced plasterboard is available if required. The aluminum-framed windows
have top opening lights to provide natural cross ventilation, as and when required by the
user. Wall mounted fan heaters provide hot and cold air as desired and are fitted with
froststats for automatic control during cold winter nights or when the building is unattended.
The ceiling is white leather grained plastic coated steel for a bright, light reflective interior
that's enjoyable to work in with the bonus of being fireproof and class '1'.
